1. What This Covers

This notice applies to all content published at post.alexey-fedorov.com (and any subdomains). That includes, without limitation:

2. No Implied License

Publicly viewable is not the same as free to use. Nothing on this site, and no act of publishing it, grants you any license, right, or permission to copy, reuse, adapt, or exploit any of it. Any right not expressly granted in Section 5 is reserved.

3. Expressly Prohibited

Without my prior written permission, you may not:

4. Typography Credits and Attribution

The visual design of this site, including its typography, includes third-party contributions:

When using or referencing the website's design elements, you must acknowledge both Alexey Fedorov as the site owner and credit the font providers when appropriate.

5. What You May Do

I would rather my work travel than sit locked in a vault, so the following is permitted without asking:

6. Third-Party Rights

Some photographs on this site were created in collaboration with photographers, videographers, and creative teams who may hold rights in their own contributions. Brand names, logos, event names, and platform marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners and appear here nominatively. Content shown through embedded posts remains subject to the terms of the platform it is hosted on. Nothing in this notice claims rights I do not hold.

The Anthropic fonts are used under license and remain the copyrighted property of Anthropic Inc.

7. Reporting Infringement

If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, contact me at [redacted] with the subject line "Copyright Claim" and include:

Complete notices are reviewed promptly and material is removed where a claim is substantiated. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address.

8. Enforcement

I monitor for unauthorized use of my work and I act on it. Where content is used without permission, I pursue takedown notices with the hosting platform, search engine, or provider; report infringing accounts to the platforms they operate on; and reserve every remedy available at law and in equity, including injunctive relief, actual damages, disgorgement of profits, statutory damages, and attorney fees where recoverable. Removing a watermark, credit, or copyright metadata is a separate violation and is treated as one. Failure to act on any single infringement is not a waiver of any right.

9. Licensing & Permissions

If you want to use something, ask — most reasonable requests get a yes. Email [redacted] with the subject line "Licensing Request" and describe the specific asset, where it will appear, for how long, and in what territory. Permission is only granted in writing and only for the scope stated in that writing.

For the licensed use of Anthropic Serif and Anthropic Sans, please contact Anthropic directly at [appropriate contact information would go here].
